Portfolio Introduction
My name is Dogukan Yuksel, and I am from Turkey. I earned my bachelors degree in Political Science and Public Administration at Fatih University in 2012. While doing bachelors, I spent my rest of effort by attending academic projects, conferences, and social activities. After completing my 4 years undergraduate degree, I choose to go toward academic life. Therefore, I moved to the U.S. in 2013. As the first step, I attended Kaplan International Colleges to improve my English skills for 6 months. While studying Kaplan, I got my acceptance from INTO Mason Graduate Pathway Program, which offers academic preparation classes beside major courses. As the second step, I have begun to study at George Mason University in August 2014, and I am almost done with my pathway progression. Now, I am planning to study in Master in Public Policy program at GMU.
